Know the release date of your tickets

For security reasons that include the verification of your data, this does not happen in this way, unless you have purchased your tickets on the day of the event or the day before.

To prevent you from wasting time looking for your tickets in your account periodically or in a Ticketmaster outlet, we will notify you via email of the date they will be available in your account for downloading or printing, as the case may be.

In this space we will also update the delivery dates of the tickets for your event, according to the delivery method of your purchase.
